By choosing to make a payment outside of the Skylingua platform, users acknowledge and accept the risk that there will be no opportunity for a refund through Skylingua, regardless of the circumstances. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our transaction process and to discourage off-platform transactions that bypass our safeguards and support systems.
