a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I am also a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor and licensed to practice therapy in the state of California. My training in mindfulness practices and stress reduction strategies equips me to provide comprehensive and effective care.
