Experience
A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Boston University and am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York, and my training includes extensive work in mindfulness practices and integrative stress management strategies.
