With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, my passion lies in guiding clients through the practice of mindfulness and effective stress management techniques to enhance their overall well-being.

Experience
A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor. I am licensed to practice in both the United Kingdom and California. My extensive training in mindfulness practices and integrative stress management strategies equips me to provide comprehensive and effective care.
