Cosmin is a good specialist. He immediately dives into the issue, listens attentively, and is approachable. However, sometimes the questions he asks feel a bit intrusive and distracting from the main topic. Overall, he helps find answers to questions, but doesn't always manage to work through the problem deeply. In general, it’s good work, but there are areas for improvement.
